Office Rocker (the first time)

This is where the reupholstery bug started... with a chair given to me (ok, stolen) from my parents. Loved the chair, but the ugly fabric just did not go with my newly-decorated office at the time, so I thought I'd attempt recovering it.
I chose a beautiful (albeit impractical for furniture) silk fabric, simply covered the old fabric without removing it, and used a hot glue gun (yes, a hot glue gun). A rather novice approach, but at the time I was very happy with the outcome.

So a few years go by, including a move to a new house, and I decide to decorate my new office/work room - starting with reupholstering the same chair once again (properly this time...!).
